Is there a child policy?
We love to have children stay at the house but care must be taken as it is a country house with the usual dangers and obstacles of country living

Do you have beds for children?
We do have 2 additional single beds with mosquito nets and we do have 2 baby cots available

Is there wifi and TV in the house?
Given our location, there is currently no broadband accessibility in our area but we are able to get good service using SIM cards. Our staff can assist you in getting connected. We happily do not have a TV in the house

Is the house air-conditioned?
The house is not air-conditioned. All rooms have ceiling fans

How many staff do we have?
We have 2 housekeepers/cooks, a gardener and a manager who can arrange your transport needs

Is the house wheelchair accessible?
As the house is located on a sloping headland, it is not accessible. However, our staff are there to assist and accommodate as much as we possibly can.

How do we get there?
We can arrange a vehicle to collect you from Colombo Airport
OR
You can book the Sea Plane service which lands on Dickwella Lagoon (from Colombo), 2 minutes drive from our house. Our staff can meet you at the quayside
OR
We can arrange a vehicle to collect you from Hambantota International Airport which is 40 minutes drive away, though flights in and out of this new airport are limited at the moment

Are meals included in the Room Rate?
We offer a variety of seasonal Sri Lankan Breakfasts with a Western option. Please contact us if specific dietry requirements are needed and we shall do our best to accommodate

Lunch and Dinner menus are available. Please contact us and we can send the menu to you. Costs of lunch and dinner are additional to the Room Rate

Do we have Drivers Accommodation?
We do not have accommodation for drivers but we can recommend places for them to stay upon request
